Refund and cancellation Policy

At BoxesProvider, we understand that you may need to cancel an order at times. We will cancel your order before printing or shipping, but once the item has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Orders may be cancelable during different production stages, but cancellation fees will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

Our order process consists of the following stages:

Orders are placed online.
Orders are reviewed by our design department.
Orders are sent to the press.
Orders are collected by the shipping company and shipped.
All orders can be canceled before stage 2. If you cancel an order during stage 1, we will charge $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and our design department fees. For orders canceled in stage 2, we will deduct a minimum of 20% of the total order amount as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. Once an order enters stage 3, we may still be able to cancel it, but we cannot guarantee it. However, if you want to cancel the order during stage 3 and it is still possible, we will deduct a minimum of 50% of the total order amount to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be canceled.

DESIGN ORDERS
We offer design services to help you create unique products. Once you place a successful design order with us, we do not issue any refunds.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As each order is unique, all sales are final. However, if we find that we made an error, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits will be issued.

REPRINTS
If you discover any defects, damage, or missing items in your order upon delivery, please notify us within three business days of the delivery date. If you wish to receive replacement products, you must return at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date at your own expense. We will not be responsible for any claims filed after three business days of the delivery date without prior written return authorization from BoxesProvider.com.

Please note that all charges related to expedite printing (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable, even if the order is returned for any reason.
